住客登记的条款及细则
Terms and Conditions For Guest Registration

1. 无聚会条款 No parties policy.

• 公寓客人聚集过夜条款（至 上午 9 时 至 下午 10 时后，不得超过预订人数）。
  The number of guests gathered in the apartment overnight (ie after 10pm until 9am must not exceed the number of persons booked).
• 任何超过这个数目的人将被视为入侵者。
  Any persons exceeding this number will be considered as trespassers.
• 噪声必须在任何时间保持最低水平。
  Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times.
• 如果邻居投诉噪音，您将被要求立即离开现场。您的住宿金将不予退还，保证金不予退还。
  If any noise complaints are received from the neighbouring residents you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your accommodation tariff will not be refunded, security deposit may not be refunded.

  The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage caused during his/her stay.

保证金条款 Bond Conditions

预订住宿的客人必须是使用的信用卡持有人，抵达时出示信用卡。我们将从信用卡收取最低 50 元，加上办理登机手续时剩余的住宿费用。 信用卡公司授权金额预长达14天，这可能会暂时影响您的使用资金的消费限额。

Credit Card BELONGING TO THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST be presented for authorisation on arrival. Credit Card holder must be the registered guest. A pre-authorisation of $50 minimum plus outstanding accommodation charges, will be processed on the credit card at check-in. Pre-authorisations amounts are set aside by the credit card company for up to 14 days and will temporarily affect your available funds balance or spending limit.

Refund of the security bond is subject to inspection of the apartment upon departure or upon the return of all keys. The guest will automatically forfeit the bond if:

2. 您（我们的住客）同意支付我们（经营者）您每天住宿的房费和任何额外费用，一直到您办退房手续。 You (our guest) agree that you will pay us (the Operator) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise that you have departed from our rooms.

If the settlement arrangements have not been met within 30 days of departure you agree to pay the total amount due on receipt of our invoice.
10. 您同意支付在使用房间或室内设备期限内的任何损失或损害。 You agree to pay us for any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of use.
11. 您同意退房时把钥匙和/或密卡归还，并同意支付您失去或无法归还的罚金。 You agree to return the key and/or security card for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for the replacement of keys you lose or fail to return same.
12. 您同意任何您带进/出房间或停车场的款项或其他贵重物品，货物，将在您的责任范围，我们不负责保管。 You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms, grounds or car-park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
13. 您同意，您的商品或贵重物品，不论在哪里损害或损失，您将不会作出对我们要索取任何赔偿或损失。 You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damage or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred.
14. 您同意无论您逗留时间的长短，无论有无租赁或任何业主或租客的其他权利法律，将不适用于您的住宿。我们授权您留在我们客房的许可，您特此同意，我们无需给您理由可，而能会在任何时间终止您的住宿。 You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay. We grant you a licence to stay in our rooms and you agree that we may terminate the licence at any time without giving you a reason.
15. 除非您书面告知我们，否则，您同意接收我们在未来的商业电子讯息。 You agree to receive commercial electronic messages from us in the future unless you advise us otherwise in writing.
