Follow the footbridge and within a further minute you will be at Etihad Stadium, walk around the stadium and you will be on Harbour Esplanade, enjoy the sculptures, the fabulous yachts, and the clean sea air. Keep walking just another minute or two and you will be on New Quay, choose from any of the many restaurants or just enjoy an ice-cream from the unique cone shaped gelateria.
From the hotel, walk right into Bourke St and walk about 40 meters to the Tram Stop on Bourke St. Catch Tram No. 86, it will come every 8 minutes during the week and every 12 minutes on week ends.
Taxis from Alto Hotel to Docklands should cost around $8 and take 4 to 5 minutes, but allow at least double that time if travelling in peak time.
