Crown Casino is only 6 to 7 minutes' walk from Alto Hotel on Bourke; as you leave the hotel, please turn left into Bourke St and walk 60 meters to the corner of King St., turn right down King St. and walk 400 meters to Flinders St., now cross the King St. Bridge over the Yarra River and you are there.
Arriving by Tram
As you leave Alto Hotel, walk right down Bourke St to the tram stop, it is easily seen from our front door. Take Tram number 96, it will turn left down Spencer/Clarendon streets and stop opposite the Clarendon Street entrance of Crown.
Arriving by Taxi
Taxis take 20 minutes from the airport and cost around $40.
Drop off points are at 1 Convention Centre Place or 2 Clarendon Street, South Wharf.
Arriving by Train
Take the train to Southern Cross Station. Take any of the following Tram numbers 96, 109 and 112 travel past Southern Cross Station down Spencer/Clarendon Streets and stop opposite the MCEC.
Arriving by Bus
Bus route 238 operates to and from Southern Cross Station to Convention Centre Place between the hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. The coach pick-u/drop-off point is coach bay 1, Convention Centre Place (closest to DFO South Wharf).
